We're changing your username / email address from @ad.livi.co.uk to @kry.co.uk. There's a small action you'll need to take the first time you log in after the change.
Only the part after the @ changes — before the @ stays the same as your current username. For example: joe.bloggs@ad.livi.co.uk becomes joe.bloggs@kry.co.uk.
Your password stays exactly the same. If you don't remember it, you can reset it via this link.
People can still email you at your old @ad.livi.co.uk address — it's kept as a secondary address, so those emails still land in the same inbox.
Your mailbox, calendar, contacts and all historic emails are unchanged — only the address you sign in and send from is being updated.
The UK moves to the new format on the evening of Monday 14 September.
Monday 14 September, evening: IT applies the change at 22:00 — you'll be able to sign in with your new username from that point onward.
Please read and follow this guide so the username change goes smoothly.
Important: on your first login after the change date, you must click "Other user" on the Windows login screen — don't tap your existing profile tile.

Most of your apps will continue working with no action needed. A small number of systems IT doesn't control may still show your old username — this is expected.
Other apps via MyApps/SSO (Zendesk, WinningTemp, Anaplan, Contentful, WorkRamp, Sana, Printer Logic, XM Fax, TeamTailor) continue working with no action needed.
If something stops working (rather than just showing the old username), email username-update@kry.co.uk and we'll investigate.
@ad.livi.co.uk address is kept as a secondary address so emails sent to your old address will still arrive in the same inbox.firstname.lastname@kry.co.uk). If you sign in to Quinyx with a personal email address, or one from another organisation (for example the NHS), nothing changes for you — keep using that same address.
If you currently sign in to Quinyx with @ad.livi.co.uk, your Quinyx username will move to @kry.co.uk along with your other logins — no separate action needed.
